Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped.

U.S. Orders

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing ($4.90)

• Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing ($6.90)

• Free Shipping: Orders $150 and up

International Orders

• Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days after processing ($19.99 flat rate)

• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing (DHL Express, calculated at checkout)

• Free Global Shipping: Orders $300 and up

• Once your package has been shipped, Bratty Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

• Customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
