Return & Refund Policy

BRATTY LUXE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Bratty Luxe experience. Please read our return guidelines carefully, as different items have different return rules.


1. Bratty Luxe Exclusives & Pre-Order Items

(This includes all custom Bratty Luxe designs, limited collections, and pre-order items.)

Because these items are made exclusively for our brand and manufactured in limited batches:

All Sales Are Final

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

  • Bratty Luxe Exclusive designs
  • Pre-order items
  • Custom or limited-edition pieces

Returns are ONLY accepted if:
βœ” Your item arrives damaged,
βœ” or your order is incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, wrong item).

If this happens, please email us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • A clear photo/video of the issue

We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.


2. Ready-to-Ship Items

Our Ready-to-Ship items may be eligible for returns as long as all return guidelines are followed.

To qualify for a return, Ready-to-Ship items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in original, unworn, unwashed condition
  • Have no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Not be part of a Final Sale promotion
  • Not include accessories, beauty items, intimates, or any hygiene-sensitive products
  • If your Ready-to-Ship item meets all requirements, a return may be approved after review.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
The item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in your approval email.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued based on the condition of the item and the terms outlined in your return approval.


3. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

This applies to ALL items, including pre-orders and exclusive Bratty Luxe designs.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 days
  • We will fix it ASAP

4. Non-Returnable ItemsΒ 

For safety & hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Cosmetics
  • Final sale items
  • Digital products

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter fulfilment .
Pre-orders cannot be canceled , as production begins immediately.


6. Delivery Issues

Bratty Luxe is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages

We will try our best to help you, otherwise, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.
