At Bratty Luxe, all sales are final. Because our items are made in limited drops and pre-orders, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect from what was ordered on your invoice, we’ll absolutely make it right.


To request an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item:

    •    Email us at info@brattyluxe.com or assistant@brattyluxe.com within 7 days of receiving your order

    •    Include your order number and clear photos of the issue


We’ll handle it from there and get you back to serving looks.
